TRAINING ON THE 7 HABITS: ENHANCING EFFICIENCY AND TEAM COHESION AT LONG BIEN INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
The highlight of this year's course was the application of the "learning through play" method via the Olympia Peak competition. The class was divided into five groups: Connect Group, Soar Group, Many Me Group, Longer Memory Group, and Young Men and Women Group. Each group competed in four exciting and intense rounds:
- Warm-Up Round: Testing general knowledge about the 7 effective habits.
- Obstacle Course Round: Solving puzzles and scenarios related to the practical application of the 7 habits.
- Speed Round: Quickly answering questions about the lesson content.
- Finish Line Round: Sharing experiences of applying the 7 habits in life and work.
At the end of the competition, the Many Me Group emerged victorious with the highest score of 470 points. The remaining groups ranked as follows: Connect Group with 460 points, Young Men and Women Group with 390 points, Longer Memory Group with 380 points, and Soar Group with 340 points.
Through the course, participants reviewed the knowledge of the 7 effective habits and shared experiences of applying them in their personal and professional lives. The lively recreational activities fostered team spirit and created a comfortable, effective learning atmosphere.
